POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
- We require 24 hours in order to cancel or reschedule
an appointment with no charge.
- Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less that
24 hours before will be charged the full amount.
- Clients who no-show or late cancel (same-day cancellation)
will be charged in full.
- Last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded
or used as credit.
Late Arrival
- Please note that arriving late to your appointment may
result in a shorter session.
- Clients who are over 15 minutes late will be asked
to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged in full.
- Additionally, clients who consistently late-cancel may
ultimately be unable to make future appointments altogether.
- We kindly request your understanding that we value and
respect the time of all individuals, including yourself,
your therapist, and other clients present.
Credit Card Information
- Upon booking, you will be asked for a valid
credit card number to hold the appointment time.
- Due to our 24 hour cancellation policy,
we require that all clients keep a card on file.
- Your card will not be immediately charged upon booking.
- You may use this card at checkout after
your treatment or pay with any other valid payment forms.
First Time Client
- Please arrive 10min ahead of your appointment time
for filling out an intake form and an initial consultation.
- During the consultation, discuss what you would like
our therapist to focus on and let them know your current
conditions or concerns
so we can get the most of our sessions.
- Please note that payment will be required prior to the session for first-time clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Sexual Misconduct
- Zenshin Bodyworks Tokyo will operate a zero tolerance policy
for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace,
treat
all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations
of sexual harassment.
- If any sexual misconduct takes place, your session will be
terminated immediately and we will not take any further
appointments.
- Sexual harassment may include but is not limited to:
- Unwelcome physical contact including kissing or
inappropriate touching
- Physical violence
- The use of job-related threats or rewards to solicit
sexual favors
- Comments on a practitioner's appearance, age,
private life etc.
- Sexual comments, stories and jokes
- Sending sexually explicit messages
