Sports Therapy
Condition-oriented session performed
with a mixture of myofascial release,
PNF, stretching and other therapeutic

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A gentle form of treatment that focuses on
the lymphatic system. Soft and gentle strokes
improve lymphatic flow and reduce swelling
that happened as a result of an injury or surgery. -
Hot Stone
The application of hot stones on the skin
takes a treatment a step further. Not only does
the heat from the stones help to warm up and
relax tight muscles, allowing a therapist to work
more deeply and effectively, but it promotes
overall well-being such as alleviating anxiety
and enhancing sleep. -
Cupping
Effective for providing relief from musculoskeletal
pain, managing pain, improving blood circulation,
and increasing range of motion.
The combination of static and slide cupping
