2. Foundational Musculoskeletal Anatomy
Delivering high-quality bodywork begins with
understanding how the body moves, functions,
and responds to touch.
At Zenshin Bodyworks Academy, students
learn essential musculoskeletal anatomy to
build a strong foundation for safe, effective,
and intentional treatment. -
3. Practical Full-Body Treatment Sequence
Students learn a thoughtfully structured
full-body treatment sequence designed for
real-world practice.
By graduation, participants will be equipped to
confidently deliver a complete 60- or
90-minute session with professional flow,
effective technique, and purposeful touch.
Foundation Cource3 hours x 5 sessions – 198,000yen (w/tax)
A beginner-friendly, hands-on course designed to teach you the fundamentals of full-body oil treatment. Through one-to-one guidance, you will learn essential techniques, body awareness, and a structured 60-minute routine. Simple anatomy checks will be conducted throughout the course to support your understanding of anatomy.
What's in the Foundation Course:
- Essential anatomy of the musculoskeletal system
- Basic strokes
- Proper use of thumbs, hands & body weight
- Client Consultation
- How to structure a 60-minute session
- Optional follow-up sessions (available for an additional fee)
Outcome:
Students will be able to confidently perform a safe, full-body oil treatment with a clear understanding of anatomy and body structure.
Advanced Course3 hours x 3 sessions – 55,000yen (w/tax)
This add-on course focuses on refining your technique and deepening your practice. You will learn how to work more efficiently using forearms, improve flow and transitions, and apply deeper pressure safely—allowing you to deliver more effective and professional treatments.
Combined with the Foundation Course sequence, this will not only enable you to perform a 90-minute session but also further expand your practical skill set.

- Two 60-minute complimentary follow-up sessions
within three months
Outcome:
Students will be able to deliver deeper, more effective treatments efficiently and sustainably, with improved flow, seamless transitions, greater control of pressure, and a clear understanding of where and how to work.
Please note the following:
- This is an in-person course held at ZENSHIN BODYWORKS TOKYO.
- Participants are required to bring their own model (children are not permitted).
However, if two students are attending the same session, they may take turns as each other's models. - Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash only. Payment plans may be available upon request.
