Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards, including QR or barcode codes sent via email, must be presented at the time of payment.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards are transferable but must be used in accordance with our booking policies.
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all gift card bookings.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in the gift card being considered redeemed.
• Any remaining balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
• Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.
• If a custom amount is selected and the gift card value does not cover the full session fee,
  the remaining balance must be paid by the recipient.
  
  We recommend selecting from the four preset amounts whenever possible.
• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking, even if you have an e-gift card.
